The Customized Resources Service is a process in which the Coach/Consultant, (Marla Genova of Socially Speaking LLC, is a Strategic Partner of the Client, _______,) will explore the Client’s background and needs in a 30 minute phone call.

The Coach/Consultant will ask about previous experiences, most challenging concerns in daily life, then offer local and online resources, recommendations specific to the Client’s needs and determine a starting point for seeking resources. ⁣⁣
This includes what kind of health insurance, preferences for a specialist, such as education level and ability to prescribe, gender of specialist, and other specific questions of the services being sought. ⁣ ⁣⁣
A summary of the call will be documented via email with the Coach/Consultant’s suggestions and links to various resources within 10 business days of the phone call. ⁣⁣
Pending which service you choose (basic or advanced), it may take more or less time. Awaiting responses via email or phone from various specialists usually takes about 10 business days. ⁣⁣
The advanced service can be a lengthy process that takes on average 6-8 hours to collect all information. ⁣ ⁣⁣
The process is conducted by the Coach/Consultant contacting many social and speaking anxiety specialists through her LinkedIn profile and any other means accessible close to the Client’s location, including community support systems. ⁣ ⁣⁣
While there is no guarantee that there will be an exact match for what the Client is seeking, especially when it comes to finding a specialized group within a small distance, the Coach/Consultant will search to the best of her ability and provide documentation of said searches and emails sent if the Client requests it. ⁣ ⁣⁣

  • The Basic service provides the Client with all the information via links without the Coach/Consultant asking follow up questions of the specialists (aside from an initial inquiry of what insurance they accept or their sliding scale fee).
  • With the Advanced service, the Coach/Consultant will call or email specialists to ask follow up questions on behalf of the Client, such as location and schedules for individual or group sessions and more detailed questions about the specialist’s services.
